Frequently Asked Questions for 800 x 2500 mm framed walk on skylight 1250 x 5000 tailored for a Flat Roof
How can I get useful help from the seller about a product or order?
Ask for a specific clarification instead of requesting a general reassurance. Do not share account passwords or payment security codes in support messages.
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Read the current conditions attached to the promotion. Verify the adjusted total before final confirmation.
What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?
Check whether a remaining issue needs to stay in the same case. Keep promised dates separate from actual completion dates in your notes.
